Terms of Subscription

Acceptance

These subscription terms ("Subscription Terms") apply when you subscribe to a paid AroTime plan. By starting a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (the "Billing Cycle"). You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each Billing Cycle until you cancel.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle on the same terms, unless you cancel beforehand or we cancel it. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

Payment method

A valid payment method is required to start and maintain a subscription. If a charge fails, we may retry it, downgrade your account to the Free plan, or suspend paid features until payment succeeds.

Fee changes

We may change subscription fees from time to time. Any change takes effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle, and we'll give you reasonable notice before the change applies. If you keep using the paid plan after the change takes effect, you accept the new fee. If you don't want to continue, cancel before the next renewal.

Refunds

We offer refunds on subscription fees within 14 days of the original purchase. After that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Please contact us at kamitsuredev@gmail.com to request a refund.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription — with or without notice — if you breach our Terms of Service or these Subscription Terms, or if your continued use poses a risk to the Service or to other users. On termination, your right to use the paid features ends.

You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, deleting your account from the settings page.

Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the next renewal if you do not agree. Where required by law, we'll refund the unused portion of any pre-paid fees if you cancel because of a material change you object to.
